I am an interdisciplinary law and society scholar with over a decade of teaching experience. My primary research interests are at the intersection of law, public health, and political violence. I am especially passionate about public law and legal epidemiology. I am also a constitutions nerd and love teaching and talking about law.
As a first generation college student, I pride myself on student mentorship and inclusivity in the classroom. Additionally, I pair my research with activism in birth work to help people know their rights in childbirth.
